Dr. Ethan Darrow
Hi, I’m Dr. Ethan Darrow, and I’m grateful to be raising my family here in Fentress County—the place where I grew up and have always called home. Being able to return and serve the community that shaped me has truly been a blessing. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, but surgery has always held a special place in my heart. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to help animals feel better, and I’m thankful to be able to do what I love. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me on our small hobby farm, enjoying the quieter moments of country life. From caring for animals to caring for family, I’m proud to be part of this community and excited to continue growing here.

Ashley Stone
Hi, I’m Ashley Stone, a veterinary assistant at Pinnacle Veterinary Services. I have a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences and about four years of experience working in the veterinary field. I recently moved to Fentress County in early 2025 with my husband, and I’m excited to get to know the pets and families in this community. I’ve always loved animals—I share my home with three horses, two dogs, and two cats—so helping pets feel comfortable and cared for is my favorite part of what I do. I’m grateful to be part of a team that lets me make a difference every day.
Tosha Potter
Hi, I’m Tosha! I’m a receptionist here at Pinnacle Veterinary Services, and I truly love getting to meet all of your sweet fur babies every day. I was born right here in Fentress County, but moved to Georgia while my husband was in the military. We eventually found our way back home about 10 years ago, and I’m so grateful to be raising our family here. I’m happily married, a mom of two wonderful kids, and our home is full of love (and animals!) with four dogs, one cat, and a lizard. Working at Pinnacle has been such a joy—I love connecting with our clients, helping however I can, and being part of a team that cares so deeply for animals and their families.
Rebekah Kennedy
Hi! I’m Rebekah, I’m on a journey to becoming a veterinary technician. I’ve lived in Fentress County my whole life, and animals have always been a huge part of who I am. At home, I’m surrounded by my little crew—a Shih Tzu, two sweet cats, and a bunny who always keeps life interesting. I’m proud to be working at Pinnacle Veterinary Services, where I get to learn, grow, and be hands-on with the animals I love every day. Helping pets feel comfortable, cared for, and safe brings me so much joy. Becoming a veterinarian technician has been my dream since I was young, and I’m so grateful to finally be living that dream step by step. I’m excited to continue learning and giving my heart to the animals who mean the world to me.
